Hey guys! Sorry i havent posted in a day or so work has been a little busy. Hope you all have been keeping up ur fitness and have been eating right and have had a chance to checkout our facebook page! Moving along, i got an email from our training staff this morning and we have our suppliment list...
1. A good pre-workout
2. A good multi vitamin
And thats it folks...
Yeah thats it, this workout is a bulking program but 80% of it is just eting. The diet (coming in a week or so) is the jey here, its what will pack on the weight not protein or mass gainers. I know i know i was a little skeptical at first too but as soon as we post some progress pictures youll see what i mean. Trust us, you wont be sorry.

Previous Suppliments
So if you look closely at the workout plan youll notice I included some of the suppliments I took along with this plan, however until I get a list of new suppliments for this next cycle from our trainer I thought I would post about the ones i oreviously took and what results I had with each. I mainly took 4 diffrent things, pre-workout, protein, creatine and mass gainer. The brands for each in order were C4 pre-workout, BSN protein, concrete and later GNC brand creatine, and GNC brand mass gainer in banana flavor which surprisingly doesnt suck. Here are my thoughts...
1. The pre-workout is nowhere to skimp on price. A good pre workout can change the way you do things and make the diffrence between sucess amd failure very easily. C4 is an awesome (though expensive) product, and i would recommend you start out with a very low dose because not only will you be super sensistive to it, ur body aclamates to it and you will build a tolerance quickly.
2. I had a good experience with bsn's protein but in heinsight it was a bad invesent because protein is protein and spending more on it doesnt get you a whole lot more. Mostly to be effective you have to take it consistantly.
3. Creatine was another importabt suppliment, it is crucial, especially if you are doing cardio along with lifting, to drink insaine amouts of water to protect you kidneys. And if you choose a concentrated creatine like Concrete this is even more important. Concrete is here again, a great suppliment but is expensive and you dont get a whole lot more bang for you buck, but thats just one mans opinion.
4. Finally, mass gainer. The banana flavored stuff I used was effective an didnt taste too bad. Like the protein its about consistency not the product, they all have the same stuff. GNC brand is a good middle of the road one though, I recommend it.
I talk alot about GNC, I highly suggest becoming a member and following them because they do this for a living, they have great deals and they are awesome to talk to when you have questions, definatly a good resource.
