Its fat im all FAT!
Well guys as presumed, the GOMAD diet puts on mostly fat, were on day three and i have a pooch, im a HARDGAINER and have a pooch, were gunna need to integrate some cardio. Ive been researching crossfit recently and it seams like an excellent physical pairing for this diet, provided you dont drink alot before you workout. Cross fit combines strength and cardio and would work well for burning alot of the milk fat off as well as using the good stuff, proteins mostly, to build massive amounts of muscle. with this program you may not gain 30 lbs in 6 weeks but maybe 15 or 20. But that will be muscle not fat youll have to run off later.

Weight issue
Well as all of you know, I am what known as a "Hardgainer". very difficult for me to gain weight. As a hardgainer i have tried many methods of gaining weight. Last year I used a method for gaining small, lean, amounts of pur muscle, while this does work and is the cleanest way to gain, its not the hard charging approach that im after this year. I wasnt to gain massive amounts of anything and then cut away what i dont need, while it is a bit of extra work you can put on more muscle faster this way and its a more exciting and extreme process because of the massive progress in either direction that your currently working on. To do this im using an old body builder trick that has been revamped a little, GOMAD, or gallon of milk a day. It is in no way a diet you should maintain more then a month and if youd like to know more about it be sure to read the article below. Today marks the first complete day of milking it. Im at a solid 171lbs and ill provide weekly updates to show you my progress including a final photo comparison. from there we will begin cutting down to lean muscle and reducing body fat. Keep in touch!

I missed you too!
Hey everyone!
Sorry about the brief sabbatical we took there for a month or so. you see in that time period I've had a rather serious back injury which has rather thrown the lifting and eating and working out somewhat off schedule. My injury is hard to explain and is comprised of mostly a broken peticle on my left side of the L3 vertebre along with several muscle tears and sprains. While this has been a set back for lifting in the first 2 months of school it has been healing and I get the all clear to begin regular work again on friday, consequence....were hitting it HARD!

New Suppliments
Hey guys! Sorry i havent posted in a day or so work has been a little busy. Hope you all have been keeping up ur fitness and have been eating right and have had a chance to checkout our facebook page! Moving along, i got an email from our training staff this morning and we have our suppliment list...
1. A good pre-workout
2. A good multi vitamin
And thats it folks...
Yeah thats it, this workout is a bulking program but 80% of it is just eting. The diet (coming in a week or so) is the jey here, its what will pack on the weight not protein or mass gainers. I know i know i was a little skeptical at first too but as soon as we post some progress pictures youll see what i mean. Trust us, you wont be sorry.

Previous Suppliments
So if you look closely at the workout plan youll notice I included some of the suppliments I took along with this plan, however until I get a list of new suppliments for this next cycle from our trainer I thought I would post about the ones i oreviously took and what results I had with each. I mainly took 4 diffrent things, pre-workout, protein, creatine and mass gainer. The brands for each in order were C4 pre-workout, BSN protein, concrete and later GNC brand creatine, and GNC brand mass gainer in banana flavor which surprisingly doesnt suck. Here are my thoughts...
1. The pre-workout is nowhere to skimp on price. A good pre workout can change the way you do things and make the diffrence between sucess amd failure very easily. C4 is an awesome (though expensive) product, and i would recommend you start out with a very low dose because not only will you be super sensistive to it, ur body aclamates to it and you will build a tolerance quickly.
2. I had a good experience with bsn's protein but in heinsight it was a bad invesent because protein is protein and spending more on it doesnt get you a whole lot more. Mostly to be effective you have to take it consistantly.
3. Creatine was another importabt suppliment, it is crucial, especially if you are doing cardio along with lifting, to drink insaine amouts of water to protect you kidneys. And if you choose a concentrated creatine like Concrete this is even more important. Concrete is here again, a great suppliment but is expensive and you dont get a whole lot more bang for you buck, but thats just one mans opinion.
4. Finally, mass gainer. The banana flavored stuff I used was effective an didnt taste too bad. Like the protein its about consistency not the product, they all have the same stuff. GNC brand is a good middle of the road one though, I recommend it.
I talk alot about GNC, I highly suggest becoming a member and following them because they do this for a living, they have great deals and they are awesome to talk to when you have questions, definatly a good resource.

Previous Workout
Hey guys,
So remember I was telling you about our workout from last year? The one that put about 10lbs on me and got us nice and lean and filled out for summer? Well I have a copy of that workout, every aspect including supplements and cardio as well as weight training. I will put that up tonight and it will give you an idea as to the way we do things, we will be following a diffrent workout regime from a diffrent trainer that, for copyright reasons, I cant give u exact details on but the schedule I post will be very similar. If you have questions about it or would like advice on how to tweek it to what you need just leave a comment or direct message me on twitter and I would be more then happy to take a look. Again look for that file to be posted at some point this evening.
