Well as all of you know, I am what known as a "Hardgainer". very difficult for me to gain weight. As a hardgainer i have tried many methods of gaining weight. Last year I used a method for gaining small, lean, amounts of pur muscle, while this does work and is the cleanest way to gain, its not the hard charging approach that im after this year. I wasnt to gain massive amounts of anything and then cut away what i dont need, while it is a bit of extra work you can put on more muscle faster this way and its a more exciting and extreme process because of the massive progress in either direction that your currently working on. To do this im using an old body builder trick that has been revamped a little, GOMAD, or gallon of milk a day. It is in no way a diet you should maintain more then a month and if youd like to know more about it be sure to read the article below. Today marks the first complete day of milking it. Im at a solid 171lbs and ill provide weekly updates to show you my progress including a final photo comparison. from there we will begin cutting down to lean muscle and reducing body fat.
